— WHEN DO YOU SHIP OUT ORDERS?
Typically 1-2 times a week, depending on the number of orders. I will usually drop off packages to the post office Tuesdays and/or Fridays.

— CAN I COMBINE ORDERS?
Yes! Orders can be combined and shipped in one package if you've made multiple orders, provided that the orders have not been shipped out yet. The difference in shipping will be refunded. Please contact me with the order numbers.

— CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO A CONFIRMED ORDER?
Yes. As long as the order has not been shipped yet. Please contact me with your order number.

— THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS MISPRINTED/DAMAGED.
Please email me at qiilin.art(at)gmail.com with photos of the issue and I will be more than happy to send you a replacement! If the item is no longer in stock, we can discuss other options.

— HOW LONG DO PREORDER ITEMS TAKE TO SHIP?

— WHAT COUNTRIES ARE YOU NOT ABLE TO SHIP TO?
List of countries USPS will not ship to as of January 2024.

UK - New VAT policies have made it complicated to receive items from international shipments. Thank you for your understanding. If you would like to know more, please refer to this link for more information!

EU - Due to new GSPR regulations, I will not be able to ship to the EU. Should you want to purchase anything and you are located there, you may have to research proxies or other methods. Unfortunately, the new policies will be too much for me to handle without undo stress and funding.

Please consider using a proxy service if you wish to purchase from my store.
